The Process
Initial Assessment
It’s all about you. We will take our time diving into your history and thoroughly assess to help us identify the root cause of your pain. Together, we’ll be able to develop a specific treatment plan catered to your goals and lifestyle.
Progress and Adjust
All sessions are 60-minutes and 1-on-1, every time. During follow-up sessions, we will consistently re-assess, refine, and progress our interventions while continuing to improve other aspects of your well-being.
Find Balace
Once your goals have been met, we can establish a plan for continued self-care and self-efficacy.
